Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and ensure consistent communication and satisfaction
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for permanent commercial construction roles
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Develop creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates
• Provide consultative guidance to clients on hiring trends and workforce planning
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruiting workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required
• Minimum 3 years of commercial construction recruiting and account management experience preferred
• Strong industry knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in ATS platforms and sourcing tools
