Responsibilities

• Conduct industry research to understand client companies and position requirements
• Identify prospective candidates through targeted company research
• Maintain progress reports and market feedback reports for presentation to Consultants and Clients
• Assist Consultants in writing candidate assessments
• Support business development activities and pitch preparation

Requirements

• 0-1 years of recruiting experience or transferable professional experience
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting in Executive Search, Contingent Search or In-House Talent Acquisition preferred
• Ability to analyze, organize and synthesize large volumes of information
