Responsibilities

• Manage candidates through the recruitment cycle ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
• Guide intake meetings and conduct interviews
• Engage with talent to create a robust talent pool
• Conduct market research to attract and engage talent
• Present candidates and negotiate offers
• Act as a single point of contact for Hiring Managers
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide sourcing and screening support
• Capture recruitment activity in the client's ATS system
• Raise brand awareness for Daikin

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting engineering and support roles
• Experience in sourcing and interviewing professionals
• Fluency in Dutch and French, with a good command of English

Additional Information

This is a hybrid role based out of the Brussels office with occasional travel to the client's office in Ghent.
