Responsibilities

• Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing search strategies
• Contribute to winning client pitches by providing benchmark candidate profiles
• Gather information on industries and target companies, identifying potential prospects
• Represent clients effectively in the marketplace and present qualified candidates
• Communicate effectively with the search team and keep abreast of search developments
• Prepare organized information for client progress reports
• Develop expertise in a defined industry, functional, or geographic candidate pool

Requirements

• University Graduate, college degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or executive search environment
• Domain or subject matter expertise in an industry or functional area
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
