Compensation

Base salary between €2,750 and €3,200 per month, plus additional benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from writing job descriptions to conducting interviews.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their talent needs.
• Actively search for candidates using recruitment systems, LinkedIn, and job boards.
• Work under tight deadlines to present suitable candidates to clients.

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level
• Minimum 32 hours per week availability
• Driver's license
• Residence in or around Diemen, Utrecht, or The Hague
