• Manage and coach a team of 3 direct reports
• Drive growth through strategic sales planning and personal billing
• Utilize recruitment technology to enhance market presence

Requirements

• Proven Healthcare Experience in Aged Care or Disability recruitment
• Experience as a Manager or Senior Team Leader
