Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts and staffing agreements
• Collaborate with team members to align recruitment efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of agency recruiting experience, preferably in IT or technical fields
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and recruitment practices
