- Negotiate contracts and staffing agreements
- Collaborate with team members to align recruitment efforts

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in IT, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of agency recruiting experience, preferably in IT or technical fields
- Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and recruitment practices
