Responsibilities

• Provide strategic hiring advice to clients

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Proven ability to manage client accounts and build long-term relationships
• Strong knowledge of construction roles and industry trends
