Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities by focusing on decision makers in SMB organizations
  • Negotiate contracts and staffing engagements
  • Build a consistent pipeline of client requisitions and projects
  • Employ various prospecting methodologies including networking events and cold calling
  • Collaborate with recruiting and management teams to provide suitable candidate profiles

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of general professional experience
  • Self-motivated and competitive mindset
  • Ability to learn quickly and stay educated in the staffing industry
