Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and align recruitment strategies
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to build a robust network of qualified candidates
• Negotiate contracts and secure staffing agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment projects
• Implement innovative strategies to attract passive and active candidates
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Provide exceptional client service to build long-term relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in healthcare, life sciences, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences recruitment or business development
• Proven expertise in pharmaceutical and life sciences industry trends and roles
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects
