Responsibilities

• Analyze industry trends to inform business development strategies and recruitment efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in healthcare, life sciences, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in life sciences recruitment or business development
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and life sciences industry trends and staffing needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
