Responsibilities

• Developing position specifications and effective search strategies
• Conducting industry-specific and client company research
• Contacting prospective candidates and conducting in-depth interviews
• Managing candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle
• Contributing to client relationship management

Requirements

• 4-6 years professional experience or a minimum of 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience
• Undergraduate BA/BS degree
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting in Executive Search or In-House Talent Acquisition preferred
