Responsibilities

• Cultivates healthcare facility client relationships and consults on staffing needs and processes.
• Establishes consultative relationships with facility contacts to identify needs and drive future orders.
• Maintains communication with clients regarding open orders and candidate supply.
• Promotes job orders with specific qualifications to Recruiters to identify high production candidates.
• Leverages vendor management software systems to increase speed to market of candidate submissions.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience in Healthcare staffing or consultative sales
• Experience in healthcare or staffing account management

Additional Information

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location. You will be expected to come into an AMN Healthcare office at a frequency dependent on the work arrangement for your role.
