HR Data & Analytics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain workforce analytics and reporting for HR and business stakeholders
• Support operational workforce decision-making through timely analysis of staffing and productivity metrics
• Monitor current and short-term workforce trends to identify changes or risks
• Analyze historical workforce data to identify patterns for workforce planning
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and business questions
• Partner with HR COEs and business teams to understand reporting needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 4-6 years of relevant experience
• 1-3 years of Workday experience in analytics, reporting, or data analysis
• Experience using analytics and visualization tools
