Responsibilities

• Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing position specifications and search strategies.
• Identify potential prospects and represent the client effectively in the marketplace.
• Partner with the Consultant to develop and present a slate of qualified candidates.
• Contribute to the preparation of candidate presentations and reference reports.
• Communicate effectively with team members and keep them updated on search developments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive business experience in executive search, strategy consulting, or a relevant environment
• Experience and passion for healthcare
• Undergraduate degree required, postgraduate degree a plus

• Base compensation range of $100,000-130,000 per year.

Additional Information
