Responsibilities
- Develop position specifications and create effective search strategies in collaboration with the Consultant.
- Conduct industry-specific research and map the executive talent landscape.
- Contact prospective candidates to elicit interest in client opportunities and conduct in-depth interviews.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle and keep the Consultant updated.
- Contribute to client relationship management alongside the Consultant.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional experience or a minimum of 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience is required.
- An undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
- Prior experience in full life cycle recruiting in Executive Search, Contingent Search, or In-House Talent Acquisition is preferred.
