Senior Analyst, Technology and Operations

Compensation

$90,000 – $95,000 per year, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and implementation of internal and external tools that support business architecture and Firm strategy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on day-to-day projects, managing timelines and milestones.
• Support the Tech & Ops Team on a variety of projects to maintain project timeframes, objectives, and communications.
• Measure satisfaction and adoption of services and assist with continuous process improvement plans.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience, ideally in a relevant professional services or corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from a leading academic institution.
• Exposure to leadership advisory, executive search, recruiting, or staffing industry is strongly preferred.
