Regional Client Partnership Specialist, Educational Services

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walk-ins or scheduled meetings with district leaders to generate new business
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within assigned markets
• Build and maintain a pipeline of target districts to win new business
• Develop strong, long-term partnerships with district leadership
• Conduct onsite assessments to uncover unmet staffing needs
• Partner with Account Managers to ensure job orders are filled quickly and accurately
• Track and report on competitive activity and hiring trends
• Represent Aya Education at conferences and regional events

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
• Direct relevant experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales required
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
• At least 1 year track record as a top producer in a sales position
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service

Additional Information

The position requires local travel approximately 80–90% of the time, and candidates must reside in Texas, ideally in Dallas, Austin, or Houston.
