Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a defined territory of healthcare facility clients
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with healthcare facility contacts
- Provide proactive staffing solutions to address workforce gaps
- Manage open job orders and maintain communication with clients
- Research and monitor facility expansions and market changes to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 4–7 years of relevant experience in account management, staffing, recruiting, or client-facing roles
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems, ATS, or vendor management systems (VMS)

- Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location
