Compensation

$18.25 - $22.75 Hourly, final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and qualify candidate leads to support active job openings within an assigned region
• Partner closely with Recruiters to build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship management
• Source leads within region using web search and industry resources
• Maintain an updated target list of active openings to source candidates
• Develop new sourcing strategies
• Assist with day-to-day administrative duties

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED plus 5-7 years of work experience in sales, recruiting or customer service capacity
• Experience using CRM or applicant tracking systems, including Salesforce or similar platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Information

This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. You will be expected to come into an AMN Healthcare office at a frequency dependent on the work arrangement for your role.
