Responsibilities
- Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates
- Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy
- Consult with hiring managers in final selections and compensation
- Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met
Requirements
- Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting
- Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to execute recruitment strategies
- Demonstrated computer proficiency, including MS Office and social media
