Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and fill contract positions for nursing and allied healthcare professionals.
• Establish positive relationships with candidates by understanding their career aspirations.
• Educate candidates on the travel industry and benefits of working with AMN Healthcare.
• Meet daily and weekly metrics to grow the clinician network.
• Plan prospecting and marketing strategies using the proprietary ATS.
• Consult with nurses to determine their career needs and potential fit for assignments.
• Negotiate compensation packages and present candidates to Account Managers.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree with 2–5 years of relevant work experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 4–7 years of relevant work experience
• Experience working in a sales, recruiting, staffing, account management, or customer-facing role
• Ability to meet performance metrics in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM systems

Additional Information
