Compensation

Base salary between €2,750 and €3,200 per month, plus additional benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from writing job descriptions to conducting interviews
• Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their talent needs
• Actively search for candidates using various platforms and job boards
• Work under tight deadlines to present suitable profiles to clients

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level
• Minimum availability of 32 hours per week
• Possession of a driver's license
• Residence in the vicinity of Diemen, Utrecht, or The Hague
