About the Company

Atrium is a recruitment agency specializing in staffing solutions. They have a growing Finance and Accounting Division with a strong client base.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for direct hire positions
• Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and complete reference checks
• Follow up on sales leads and manage existing accounts
• Develop client relationships and conduct onsite visits
• Stay up to date on industry trends and developments

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of corporate experience, preferably in Staffing or Finance and Accounting
• Proven history of achieving sales quota
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance or Business

Additional Information
