Compensation
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000.
Responsibilities
- Developing position specifications and search strategies
- Conducting industry-specific research and mapping the executive talent landscape
- Managing candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle
- Assisting with client relationship management
- Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of search information
Requirements
- 4-6 years professional experience or a minimum of 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience, ideally with PE clients
- Undergraduate BA/BS degree
- Proven ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates
