Responsibilities
- Conduct industry-specific and client company research
- Assist in developing position specifications and search strategies
- Contact prospective candidates and manage candidate relationships
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of search information
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver high-quality results
Requirements
- 3-4 years’ professional experience or a minimum of 2 years transferable recruiting experience
- Undergraduate BA/BS degree
- Prior experience in Executive Search, Contingent Search, or In-House Talent Acquisition preferred
