Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and retention of TPS spend within Strategic Partnership accounts
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Lead TPS involvement in sales pursuits and RFPs
  • Manage TPS account ownership and opportunity coverage
  • Build relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Monitor service delivery performance and coordinate corrective actions
  • Provide executive-level presentations and business reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in account management or strategic sales
  • Experience with large enterprise accounts
  • Proven revenue growth and client retention track record
  • Strong understanding of technical and professional staffing services
