Responsibilities
- Drive growth and retention of TPS spend within Strategic Partnership accounts
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Lead TPS involvement in sales pursuits and RFPs
- Manage TPS account ownership and opportunity coverage
- Build relationships with key client stakeholders
- Monitor service delivery performance and coordinate corrective actions
- Provide executive-level presentations and business reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years in account management or strategic sales
- Experience with large enterprise accounts
- Proven revenue growth and client retention track record
- Strong understanding of technical and professional staffing services
