Compensation

The base compensation range for this position is $100-130k per year.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing position specifications and search strategies.
• Identify potential prospects and represent the client in the marketplace.
• Validate potential candidates through reference and source calls.
• Develop and present a slate of qualified candidates to clients.
• Communicate effectively with team members and keep abreast of search developments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive business experience in executive search, recruiting, or talent acquisition
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate degree a plus
