Responsibilities

  • Ensure a strong candidate pipeline strategy for Korn Ferry RPO/Project clients through sourcing and talent pool development.
  • Work closely with Business Partners to align sourcing activities with workforce plans.
  • Identify channels and strategies to source candidates that match client requirements.
  • Define and implement sourcing strategies for building talent pools.
  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework.
  • Assist clients in developing a compelling employee value proposition.
  • Source and leverage relevant media and communication channels.
  • Develop effective candidate relationship management strategies.
  • Define and lead client sourcing strategies, including competitive intelligence and talent mapping.
  • Partner with recruiters and team members to facilitate effective searches.
  • Provide responsive and proactive customer service.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience
  • 1+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
  • 1+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
  • 1+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers
  • 1+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
  • High School Diploma
