Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Business Partners to align sourcing activities with workforce plans and understand recruitment needs.
  • Identify channels and strategies to source candidates that match client requirements.
  • Define, design, and help implement sourcing strategies for building talent pools of specific candidate profiles.
  • Ensure the development and optimization of a broad range of sourcing channels to improve the quantity and quality of client talent pools.
  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against predefined outcomes.
  • Assist clients in defining and developing a compelling employee value proposition to incorporate into the sourcing strategy framework.
  • Source, secure, and leverage relevant media and communication channels.
  • Develop and utilize effective candidate relationship management strategies to build strong relationships with the passive candidate community.
  • Define and lead the framework for client sourcing strategies, including gathering competitive intelligence and creating talent maps.
  • Partner with recruiters and team members to generate ideas and share information for effective searches.
  • Provide responsive and proactive customer service via telephone and email.
  • Support, advise, and coach team members.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience is required.
  • Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping and recruitment strategies, is necessary.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required.
  • Candidates must have at least 1 year of client-facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews is required.
  • A High School Diploma is necessary.
