• Source top-tier administrative talent using various methods including ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidate qualifications while maintaining compliance standards.
• Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for full-time direct-hire administrative roles.
• Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio, conducting needs assessments and providing market insights.
• Own account management, including managing job requisitions and delivering candidate shortlists.
• Work efficiently across high-volume and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail, documentation, and data accuracy in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay informed on local and national hiring trends within administrative support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business development goals.
