Responsibilities
- Source top-tier administrative talent using various methods including ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidate qualifications while maintaining compliance standards.
- Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for full-time direct-hire administrative roles.
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio, conducting needs assessments and providing market insights.
- Own account management, including managing job requisitions and delivering candidate shortlists.
- Work efficiently across high-volume and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail, documentation, and data accuracy in the applicant tracking system.
- Stay informed on local and national hiring trends within administrative support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business development goals.
