Screen, interview, and evaluate candidate qualifications while maintaining detailed notes and compliance standards. Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for full-time direct-hire administrative roles, from job intake to offer negotiation and closing. Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio, conducting needs assessments, providing market insights, and building long-term partnerships. Own account management, including managing job requisitions, delivering candidate shortlists, and ensuring exceptional client service. Work efficiently across high-volume and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Maintain meticulous attention to detail, documentation, and data accuracy in the applicant tracking system. Stay informed on local and national hiring trends within administrative support, offering insights to both candidates and clients. Collaborate with internal teams to support business development goals and maximize revenue potential.
