Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Senior Account Director to deliver high-quality perm recruitment
• Write compelling job adverts and conduct CV searches
• Screen and match candidates to client roles
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Leverage marketing initiatives to support candidate attraction
• Use data and insights to track personal performance
• Build and maintain exceptional client and candidate relationships

Requirements

• Strong and proven perm recruiting experience
• Sales-driven mindset
• Ability to engage, persuade, and close
• Staffing/Recruiting Agency experience
• Experience in recruiting marketing, digital, creative, and tech sectors preferred
