Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Account Director to deliver high-quality permanent recruitment solutions
• Write compelling job adverts and conduct CV searches
• Screen and match candidates to client roles
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Leverage marketing initiatives to support candidate attraction and client engagement
• Use data and insights to track personal performance
• Build and maintain exceptional client and candidate relationships

Requirements

• Strong and proven perm recruiting experience
• Sales-driven mindset
• Experience in recruiting marketing, digital, creative, and tech sectors preferred
• Staffing/Recruiting Agency experience
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
