Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of client communications and engagement plans
• Administer proprietary leadership advisory tools and assessment methodologies
• Synthesize data from assessments and prepare client reports
• Participate in client meetings to relay assessment findings
• Contribute to business development and pitch presentations

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership advisory or corporate HR management
• Experience with psychometric instruments is advantageous
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred in Psychology, Organization Development, or Human Resources
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
