Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Account Director for perm recruitment
• Write job adverts and conduct CV searches
• Screen and match candidates to client roles
• Build and maintain talent pipelines
• Leverage marketing initiatives for candidate attraction
• Use data to track performance and improve outcomes
• Record candidate and client calls
• Apply best practice recruitment methodologies
• Identify and drive new business opportunities

Requirements

• Strong and proven perm recruiting experience
• Sales-driven mindset
• Ability to engage and persuade clients
• Staffing/Recruiting Agency experience
• Experience in marketing, digital, creative, and tech sectors preferred
