Responsibilities

• Attract and maintain a candidate pool of manufacturing and logistics talent.
• Develop recruiting and marketing plans to build a candidate pipeline.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluate candidates for client-specific job profiles.
• Provide candidates to Client Delivery Managers for placements.
• Coach candidates for client interviews and negotiate offer packages.
• Ensure compliance with Randstad policies and EEO laws.
• Manage KPIs and success of placements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• 1-3 years direct talent recruitment and management experience
• Experience in recruiting or customer service preferred
