Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve placement targets by successfully placing skilled trades professionals
• Own the full placement cycle from identifying candidates to finalizing offers
• Build client trust and deliver results by understanding client needs
• Proactively develop a strong talent pipeline to fill current and future openings
• Monitor and improve performance by tracking key metrics

Requirements

• At least 3 years of success in direct hire
• Experience in meeting personal gross profit targets
• Ability to manage and maintain a database of clients and candidates
