Responsibilities

  • Support new business development efforts through prospecting, outreach, and pipeline generation
  • Conduct cold outreach, networking, and leverage existing relationships to generate opportunities
  • Schedule and support consultative meetings with hiring managers and HR/Talent Acquisition partners
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen candidates for contract and full-time opportunities through interviews and assessments
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent to support client needs
  • Maintain accurate records of all business development and recruiting activity in the CRM

Requirements

  • 0–4 years of experience in sales, recruiting, customer-facing, or performance-driven roles
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
