Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels
- Conduct job order intake meetings with clients
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing video screenings
- Build talent pipelines for future job opportunities
- Maintain candidate databases
- Collaborate with other internal divisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment
- Ability to read, write and communicate professionally in both English and Japanese
