Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day recruiting process for a particular office or group of offices
• Source, screen, recruit, and guide candidates through the orientation process
• Oversee local recruiting support including scheduling of analyst recruiting events
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with local core universities
• Manage the Associate internship program and assist with annual recruiting budget process
• Coordinate orientation and training for new hires

Requirements

• 5 – 7 years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably within a professional services firm
• Experience with applicant tracking system required; experience with iCIMS a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required

• Base Salary Range: $82,600 – $106,000
