Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary client-facing partner for academic medical centers and universities.
• Manage multiple active searches across specialties and leadership levels.
• Provide search status updates and candidate submission reporting.
• Coordinate search activity and track progress with academic physician recruiters.
• Maintain detailed documentation and updates within Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Academic Physician Recruiting with an Associate’s Degree
• 7–9 years of relevant experience in Academic Physician Recruiting with a High School Diploma/GED
• Direct experience in physician recruitment
