Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research

• Consult with hiring managers on final selections and compensation
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met
• Update and maintain reports related to the recruitment process

Requirements

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting
• Experience in competitive market research and passive sourcing
• Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
• Fluency in French and English
• Knowledge of the Québec market and compliance requirements
