Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Recruiters
- Drive performance results across assigned accounts
- Develop targeted strategies to attract talent
- Forecast resourcing needs and allocate resources
- Ensure team understands metrics and SLAs
- Maintain data integrity and audit team metrics
- Communicate weekly goals to sourcing team members
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Experience in developing and presenting recruiting strategy plans
- Leadership experience in RPO or staffing industry
- Understanding of multiple recruiting platforms and ATS databases
