• Analyze performance data to demonstrate value and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify risks and operational concerns, ensuring a seamless service experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5-7 years of experience in strategic account management or consulting
• Experience managing executive-level stakeholder relationships
• Proven track record in navigating large client organizations

• Salary range of $62,000 - $77,000
• Potential for additional compensation such as bonus or commission

Additional Information

This role requires up to 25% travel and is open to candidates currently residing on the West Coast.
