Responsibilities

• Support candidate identification efforts by sourcing and assessing top talent
• Conduct comprehensive industry and market research
• Collaborate with the Recruiter and Client Partner on candidate profiling
• Assist in preparing search documentation and maintaining database accuracy
• Help schedule and coordinate meetings while managing project logistics
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, executive search, or professional services
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Recruiting and/or executive search experience preferred
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple research projects
