Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of candidate recruitment and placement
• Screen candidates for jobs and present to clients
• Contact Strategic Accounts Directors or Client Service Managers to assess candidate viability
• Maintain client and candidate satisfaction throughout the placement process
• Ensure job order information is updated in the internal system
• Strategize with teammates to achieve business growth goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of business and/or recruitment experience preferred
