Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of candidate recruitment and placement
- Screen candidates for jobs and present to clients
- Contact Strategic Accounts Directors or Client Service Managers to assess candidate viability
- Maintain client and candidate satisfaction throughout the placement process
- Ensure job order information is updated in the internal system
- Strategize with teammates to achieve business growth goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of business and/or recruitment experience preferred
Skills & Tools
Vendor Management System (VMS) technology
Client relationship management tools
