Responsibilities

  • Scope positions with clients and gather essential information
  • Develop a diverse pool of candidates through research and communication
  • Evaluate potential candidates and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Present candidate pools to clients and draft necessary documentation
  • Manage knowledge flow regarding candidates and client interactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 to 6 years of progressively responsible professional experience
  • Ability to evaluate candidate credentials and organizational fit
  • Strong relationship management skills
