Responsibilities

• Scope positions with clients through listening sessions
• Develop a diverse pool of candidates through research and outreach
• Conduct candidate evaluations and manage the search process
• Present candidate pools to clients via meetings
• Update the firm's database with candidate and search information

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-4 years of progressively responsible professional experience
• Experience in development and/or alumni relations is a plus
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with people at all levels of an organization
