Responsibilities

• Connect skilled trades professionals with job opportunities
• Drive sales and achieve placement targets
• Own the full placement cycle from candidate identification to offer finalization
• Build client trust and deliver high-quality talent
• Proactively develop a strong talent pipeline
• Monitor and improve performance metrics

Requirements

• At least 3 years of success in direct hire
• Experience in meeting personal gross profit targets
• Ability to manage and maintain a database of clients and candidates
