Responsibilities

• Align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understand recruitment needs
• Define and implement sourcing strategies for building talent pools
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of sourcing frameworks
• Develop and utilize candidate relationship management strategies
• Provide support, advice, and coaching to team members

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment and process management within high-volume industrial/manufacturing environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
